Gabriele Pagano vs Valentino Palomba

Boxing Daily Report from the Sikatana Promotions promoted show at Antonio Schettini Gym, Messina,  taking place on 22/08/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Italy-Sicily Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gabriele Pagano (10 - 8 - 5) who hails from Palermo, Italy and Valentino Palomba(7 - 3 - 3) from Messina, Italy.  Both Pagano and Palomba weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nico Scagni, and the three ringside judges are Gianmarco Folena, Rodolfo Candreva and Giorgio Lamberti.  

Round 1:

That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.
