Rio Algarin vs Vidal Aguero

Boxing Daily Report from the Kavuta Promotions promoted show at Adomah Gym, Juarez,  taking place on 26/07/2028:

Clearly Kavuta Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Chihuahua Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rio Algarin (8 - 17 - 3) who hails from Chihuahua, Mexico and Vidal Aguero(17 - 2) from Juarez, Mexico.  Algarin weighed in at 200 pounds, while Aguero weighed in at 199 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jeraldo Ontiveros, and the three ringside judges are Rodrigo Gil, Quiqui Menor and Dario Orellana.  

Round 1: 

Algarin advances into close range and throws a left hook, but Aguero holds on to his opponent.  Aguero is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Aguero about fouling.
