Chris Steen vs Clint Kellis

Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Canterbury promoted show at Vincent Nest Gym, Christchurch,  taking place on 27/07/2028:

Clearly AI New Zealand-Canterbury have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand-Canterbury Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chris Steen (4 - 6 - 3) who hails from Christchurch, New Zealand and Clint Kellis(4 - 7 - 2) from Christchurch, New Zealand.  Both Steen and Kellis weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Corey Stobie, and the three ringside judges are Clint Cattell, Mark Atchison and Stephen Suite.  

Round 1: 

Steen is looking to keep his distance and finds the target with a jab.  
Steen steps away from his opponent.  Steen quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and connects with a cross.

Kellis steps inside.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Kellis dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Steen pivots to the side of his opponent.  Kellis lands a left hook.  
Kellis gets on the inside and digs in a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Kellis gets on the inside and walks Steen onto the ropes.  Kellis quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Steen time to recover.  
Steen hits home with a cross.  
Steen switches the action to the outside and is on target with an overhand right.  
Kellis steps inside and lands a right hook.  
Steen is looking to keep his distance and hits home with a cross.
