Alejandro Matas vs Joaquin Aybar

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Jalisco promoted show at Rodrigo Olan Gym, Zapopan,  taking place on 26/08/2028:

Clearly AI Mexico-Jalisco have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Jalisco Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alejandro Matas (12 - 7(1) - 1) who hails from Zapopan, Mexico and Joaquin Aybar(9 - 15(1)) from Guadalajara, Mexico.  Matas weighed in at 244 pounds and 15 ounces, while Aybar weighed in at 237 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ovidio Ariza, and the three ringside judges are Pedro Mieras, Jeraldo Canada and Onofre Cassillas.
