Garrison Eric vs Vernon Mbongo

Boxing Daily Report from the African Boxing promoted show at Yaoundé Ostheimer, Yaoundé,  taking place on 27/08/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Cameroon-Centre Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CRTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Garrison Eric (17(1) - 1) who hails from Yaoundé, Cameroon and Vernon Mbongo(12 - 10 - 4) from Yaoundé, Cameroon.  Eric weighed in at 121 pounds and 11 ounces, while Mbongo weighed in at 121 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Byron Sebastian, and the three ringside judges are Tyson Nguekam, Bellamy Shaznay and Ross Provost.
