Brett Riddick vs Chris Lawson

Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Auckland promoted show at Papatoetoe Cosmopolitan Club, Auckland,  taking place on 28/08/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Brett Riddick (15(6) - 0) who hails from Auckland, New Zealand and Chris Lawson(16 - 5(2) - 1) from Auckland, New Zealand.  Riddick weighed in at 200 pounds, while Lawson weighed in at 199 pounds and 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Blake Brown, and the three ringside judges are Will Mellas, Lloyd Rease and Kyle Stine.
