Gig Raso vs Diego Placido

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Dominican Republic-Santo Domingo promoted show at Miguel Civil Gym, Santo Domingo Norte,  taking place on 28/08/2028:

Clearly AI Dominican Republic-Santo Domingo have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic-Santo Domingo Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gig Raso (4 - 0 - 1) who hails from Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic and Diego Placido(5 - 0 - 1) from Santo Domingo Oeste, Dominican Republic.  Raso weighed in at 159 pounds and 15 ounces, while Placido weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Carlos Ruedas, and the three ringside judges are Juan Arguijo, Xeres Ceniceros and Jaguar Nazario.
