Denis Sarr vs Mason Ndao

Boxing Daily Report from the Offei Promotions promoted show at Dakar Mbodj, Dakar,  taking place on 31/07/2028:

Clearly Offei Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Senegal-Dakar Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Denis Sarr (9 - 7 - 1) who hails from Pikine, Senegal and Mason Ndao(8 - 9(2) - 2) from Pikine, Senegal.  Both Sarr and Ndao weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gaston Angrand, and the three ringside judges are Laurent Courtellemont, Sid Soumah and Channing Seigner.  

Round 1: 

Sarr advances into close range and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs.  Sarr ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Sarr pushes his forearm into Ndao's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Sarr to stop fouling.  
Sarr quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with a solid right hook.
