Seferino Mazo vs Fausto Batenga

Boxing Daily Report from the ADR Boxing promoted show at Cebu Coliseum, Cebu City,  taking place on 03/09/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Seferino Mazo (14 - 4(1)) who hails from San Jose del Monte, Philippines and Fausto Batenga(15 - 8 - 5) from Caloocan, Philippines.  Both Mazo and Batenga weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ricardo Olvera, and the three ringside judges are Vicente Baliad, Carlos Dimanlig and Hernan Maez.  

Round 1: 

Mazo is looking to close the distance and digs in a right uppercut to his opponents body.
