Carlos Aguero vs Luis Martinez

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Coahuila promoted show at Ngwenya Gym, Saltillo,  taking place on 02/09/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Coahuila Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Carlos Aguero (7 - 8(1) - 3) who hails from Torreon, Mexico and Luis Martinez(11 - 19 - 5) from Torreon, Mexico.  Both Aguero and Martinez weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joaquin Canseco, and the three ringside judges are Rio Milan, Iago Patron and Montel Cassillas.  

Round 1: 

Martinez closes the distance and lands a left hook.  
Martinez is looking to close the distance.  Aguero is on target with a left hook to Martinez's ribs.  Aguero throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Martinez connects with an overhand right.  
Martinez advances into close range.  As Martinez tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref steps in and separates the two fighters to check for damage.  Its not looking good!  The ref has ruled that the fight cannot continue due to the accidental damage.  As less than 4 rounds have been completed its going to be a no-contest!
