Zashawn Lyempe vs Runako Simuchelete

Boxing Daily Report from the Daduryan Promotions promoted show at Lusaka Anamela, Lusaka,  taking place on 01/09/2028:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Zambia-Lusaka Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Zashawn Lyempe (7 - 3 - 2) who hails from Lusaka, Zambia and Runako Simuchelete(9 - 10(3) - 3) from Lusaka, Zambia.  Both Lyempe and Simuchelete weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Wayne Chimuka, and the three ringside judges are William Fungamwango, Ibeamaka Urbano and Makalo Mwala.  

Round 1: 

Simuchelete attempts to land a right uppercut, but Lyempe dodges the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Simuchelete lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.  
Lyempe closes the distance and drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Simuchelete quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Lyempe lands a jab.  
Simuchelete walks Lyempe down, trapping him in a corner.  Lyempe hits home with a left hook.

Simuchelete steps away from his opponent.  Lyempe tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Lyempe pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  
Lyempe manouvers his opponent into the red corner.  Simuchelete is on target with a left hook to his opponents liver.

As Lyempe tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Simuchelete.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Simuchelete is looking to keep the action on the outside and connects with an overhand right.  
Lyempe is looking to close the distance.  Lyempe quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and digs in a right hook to Simuchelete's body.
