Cuba Palmero vs Quinto Rico

Boxing Daily Report from the Burja Promotions promoted show at Santo Domingo de Guz Amparo, Santo Domingo de Guzman,  taking place on 06/09/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Dominican Republic-Distrito Nacional Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CERTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cuba Palmero (14(1) - 4 - 1) who hails from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic and Quinto Rico(7 - 11 - 3) from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic.  Palmero weighed in at 223 pounds and 11 ounces, while Rico weighed in at 233 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Carlos Menendez, and the three ringside judges are Joaquin Bacallao, Elias Arredondo and Diego Portilla.
