Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at Casino Miami Jai Alai, Miami,  taking place on 16/09/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Joe Millar (15 - 4(1) - 1) who hails from Denver, USA and Dai Shanklin(25(2) - 0) from Charlotte, USA.  Millar weighed in at 222 pounds and 9 ounces, while Shanklin weighed in at 249 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Theo Ines, and the three ringside judges are Davie Riquelme, Dave Kay and Elliot Balderas.
