Mark Donn vs John Freebairn

Boxing Daily Report from the Dragon fire Promotion promoted show at Dave Emond Gym, Perth,  taking place on 10/09/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Australia-Western Australia Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Donn (7 - 4(1) - 2) who hails from Perth, Australia and John Freebairn(3 - 2 - 1) from Perth, Australia.  Both Donn and Freebairn weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Oscar MacKechnie, and the three ringside judges are Euan Gregor, Chris Vaughn and Jack Swavely.  

Round 1: 

Donn closes the distance.  Freebairn pivots from in front of his opponent.  Donn is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Freebairn steps to the outside and lands with a stinging jab.  
Freebairn sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a cross.

As Donn tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Freebairn has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused swelling  around the right eye.
