Volodmiri Dragan vs Luka Otarsultanov

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Belarus-East promoted show at Vitebsk Trush, Vitebsk,  taking place on 15/08/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Belarus-East Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Volodmiri Dragan (10 - 13 - 5) who hails from Vitebsk, Belarus and Luka Otarsultanov(9 - 9 - 2) from Mogilev, Belarus.  Dragan weighed in at 161 pounds, while Otarsultanov weighed in at 160 pounds.    As Dragan came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Yakiv Dobish, and the three ringside judges are Dimi Olesky, Viktor Dundukov and Aleksei Mekhontsev.
