Genjo Boon vs Yo Meng

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Hubei promoted show at Liang Jo Gym, Wuhan,  taking place on 16/08/2028:

Clearly AI China-Hubei have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Hubei Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Genjo Boon (2 - 4(1)) who hails from Wuhan, China and Yo Meng(7 - 6) from Wuhan, China.  Both Boon and Meng weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fo-hai Hsien, and the three ringside judges are Shing Chiu, Chen Kuk and Zhong Tin.  

Round 1: 

Meng strikes his opponents body with a cross.  
Meng advances into close range.  Boon sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Meng lands a right hook.  
Boon steps to the outside.  Boon feints a jab and triggers a left uppercut counter from Meng.  Boon avoids the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
