Rob Millan vs Sammy McPhee

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Virginia promoted show at Richmond Rees, Richmond,  taking place on 18/08/2028:

Clearly AI USA-Virginia have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Virginia Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rob Millan (4 - 4 - 3) who hails from Virginia Beach, USA and Sammy McPhee(7 - 10 - 5) from Richmond, USA.  Millan weighed in at 111 pounds And 11 ounces, while McPhee weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Patrick Higgins, and the three ringside judges are Sam Cowper, Hugh Cassidy and Waleed Mady.
