Boxing Daily Report from the AI Dominican Republic-Santo Domingo promoted show at Miguel Civil Gym, Santo Domingo Norte,  taking place on 16/09/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic-Santo Domingo Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Eloy Ovando (8 - 3 - 2) who hails from Los Alcarrizos, Dominican Republic and Alfonso Rodriguez(5 - 5 - 5) from Santo Domingo Oeste, Dominican Republic.  Both Ovando and Rodriguez weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Xaverius Bras, and the three ringside judges are Cipriano Lujan, Angel Vara and Santiago Varona.
