Barbabe Omer vs Sacha Fossey

Boxing Daily Report from the Belpit Promo #5 promoted show at La Pléiade, Grenoble,  taking place on 18/09/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Barbabe Omer (9 - 0) who hails from Strasbourg, France and Sacha Fossey(4 - 4) from Nancy, France.  Both Omer and Fossey weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gerald Gillard, and the three ringside judges are Varocher Bault, Louie Braudel and Granger Ory.  

Round 1: 

Omer is looking to close the distance and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Fossey tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.

Fossey tries to land a right hook, but Omer slips the shot and counters with a cross.

Omer steps inside.  Omer pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Omer gets on the inside.  Omer pivots from in front of his opponent and drives a left hook into Fossey's body.  
Omer feints a jab, fooling Fossey into launching a left hook counter.  Omer springs the trap, countering with  a cross.  
Fossey pivots to the side of his opponent.  Fossey throws a cross, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Omer sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a jab to the head, a cross to the body and a cross to the head.  
Omer is looking to close the distance.  Omer sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Omer tries to land a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Omer sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Omer hits home with a left hook.  Omer holds on to his opponent.  Omer uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Fossey's kidney. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Omer about fouling.  As Omer tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Fossey dabs at his face checking for damage.
