Vince Owens vs Aurik Hemm

Boxing Daily Report from the Kings promoted show at Milton Keynes Denholm, Milton Keynes,  taking place on 09/09/2028:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Vince Owens (2 - 0) who hails from Doncaster, UK and Aurik Hemm(3 - 4 - 1) from Hamburg, Germany.  Both Owens and Hemm weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dom Pullar, and the three ringside judges are Spencer Dalton, Amjad Khalili and Charles Thomson.  

Round 1: 

Owens is looking to close the distance.  Owens quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Owens throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the punch.  Owens ties up his opponent.  The ref breaks Owens's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Owens connects with a cross.  Owens tries to land a cross, but Hemm blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Owens attempts to land a left hook, but Hemm parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Owens forces Hemm to back into a corner.  Owens hits home with a left hook.  Owens ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Owens pushes his forearm into Hemm's face.  The referee warns Owens and breaks the clinch.  
Owens is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Owens hits home with a left uppercut.  
Owens digs in a firm left hook to his opponents body.  
Hemm manouvers Owens onto the ropes.  Hemm pivots to the left of his opponent.  Owens hits home with a cross.  
Owens is on target with a stinging left uppercut.  
Owens hits home with a stinging right hook.  
Owens walks his opponent down, trapping him in a corner.  Owens throws a right hook, but is unable to find the target.  Owens clinches his opponent.  Owens leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Owens lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  He continues the combination and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Owens is on target with a solid left uppercut to his opponents liver.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Hemm's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Hemm's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.

Owens advances into close range and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Hemm throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a firm cross.  
Owens advances into close range.  Hemm pivots from in front of his opponent.  Owens lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Owens digs in a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  Owens ties up his opponent.  Owens pushes his forearm into Hemm's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
