Hassan Meskin vs Syed Aslam

Boxing Daily Report from the Sultan's Fists promoted show at Syeun Hotel, Ipoh,  taking place on 16/09/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Hassan Meskin (1 - 0) who hails from Kuching, Malaysia and Syed Aslam(3 - 6(1) - 3) from Johor Bahru, Malaysia.  Both Meskin and Aslam weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Haider Din, and the three ringside judges are Jawad Shah, Sajid Mustafa and Syed Khan.  

Round 1: 

Meskin gets on the inside.  Aslam throws a left hook, but Meskin clinches his opponent.  Meskin is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Meskin.

Meskin steps inside.  Meskin pivots from in front of his opponent and digs in a left hook to his opponents liver.

Meskin throws a left hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Meskin holds on to his opponent.  The ref breaks Meskin's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Aslam dabs at his face checking for damage.  Aslam has taken some damage there.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.

Meskin sidesteps to the right of his opponent and connects with a right hook.  
Meskin connects with a right hook.  Meskin wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Aslam dabs at his face checking for damage.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Aslam's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Aslam's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Aslam's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
