Inigo Quilliam vs Nick Vaill

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Canada-Ontario promoted show at Beaver Boxing Club, Ottawa,  taking place on 20/09/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Canada-Ontario Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Network, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Inigo Quilliam (17(1) - 0 - 1) who hails from Brampton, Canada and Nick Vaill(14 - 12 - 1) from Markham, Canada.  Both Quilliam and Vaill weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Clint Duthie, and the three ringside judges are Chris Hayes, Rob Travis and Paul Curtain.  

Round 1: 

Quilliam lands a jab to his opponents body.  
Quilliam advances into close range and is on target with a firm left hook.  
Quilliam pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.

Vaill attempts to land a left uppercut, but Quilliam sidesteps and counters with a left hook.
