Nori Hara vs Satoshi Okubo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Fukuoka promoted show at Fukuoka Nakama, Fukuoka,  taking place on 21/09/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Fukuoka Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nori Hara (22 - 0) who hails from Fukuoka, Japan and Satoshi Okubo(12 - 3 - 1) from Fukuoka, Japan.  Both Hara and Okubo weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kaede Kuba, and the three ringside judges are Isamu Kawai, Satoshi Murata and Akira Umemoto.
