Selestino Fermin vs Ovidio Garcia

Boxing Daily Report from the Pacific and Andean Promotions promoted show at Lima Moreno, Lima,  taking place on 29/08/2028:

Clearly Pacific and Andean Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Peru-Lima Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Selestino Fermin (6 - 6 - 2) who hails from Lima, Peru and Ovidio Garcia(14 - 4 - 1) from Lima, Peru.  Both Fermin and Garcia weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Diego Lara, and the three ringside judges are Seferino Ozuna, Felippe Pedroso and Enzo Pinero.  

Round 1:
