Justin Liston vs Kai Hillin

Boxing Daily Report from the No Limit promoted show at Nerang Velodrome, Gold Coast,  taking place on 04/10/2028:

Clearly No Limit have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Justin Liston (17(15) - 0) who hails from North Shore, New Zealand and Kai Hillin(7 - 5 - 1) from Wellington, New Zealand.  Both Liston and Hillin weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Richie Higgins, and the three ringside judges are Dave Antoni, Neil McAllaster and James Westwood.  

Round 1: 

Liston steps inside.  Liston quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and connects with a firm right hook.  
Liston steps inside and digs in a right hook to Hillin's body.

Liston advances into close range.  Liston digs in a sharp right hook to Hillin's body.  Hillin wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Liston dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Liston lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Liston walks Hillin into a corner.  Liston senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Liston lands a right hook, right uppercut and a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND DROPS HILLIN TO THE CANVAS!  He remains on the canvas as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Liston!
