Fumio Takagi vs Hiro Taketa

Boxing Daily Report from the Nishimiya Promotions promoted show at Nishimiya Gym, Ichinomiya,  taking place on 04/09/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Fumio Takagi (0 - 0) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Hiro Taketa(1 - 20 - 3) from Kobe, Japan.  Takagi weighed in at 117 pounds and 14 ounces, while Taketa weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yuji Tanaka, and the three ringside judges are Yuji Shiroma, Satoshi Iwai and Yuji Okamoto.  

Round 1: 

Takagi steps inside.  Takagi pivots from in front of his opponent and connects with a right hook.  
Taketa digs in a right hook to Takagi's body.  
Takagi throws a right hook, but is not on target.  Takagi clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Takagi pushes his forearm into Taketa's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Takagi to stop fouling.  
Takagi quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Takagi is on target with a right hook.  
Takagi sidesteps to the left of his opponent and drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Takagi lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Taketa steps inside.  Takagi lands a left hook, left uppercut and a left hook to his opponents head.  
Takagi pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook, jab and a left hook to his opponents head.  
Taketa steps inside.  Takagi pivots from in front of his opponent.  Takagi throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Takagi lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Takagi gets on the inside.  Taketa tries to land a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Takagi pivots from in front of his opponent and hits home with a cross.  
Takagi connects with a left uppercut.

Taketa advances into close range.  Takagi pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Taketa's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Taketa's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.

Takagi pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  
Takagi closes the distance.  Takagi pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Taketa throws a right uppercut, but Takagi ties up his opponent.  Takagi is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Takagi pushes his forearm into Taketa's face.  The ref breaks Takagi's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Takagi pivots to the left of his opponent and strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Takagi hits home with a left hook.  
Takagi steps inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Takagi's trainer is telling his fighter he is a mile in front and not to do anything stupid. Taketa's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
