Dimi Gavrilov vs Dimi Chaplin

Boxing Daily Report from the Bonsam Promotions promoted show at Boris Samedov Gym, Kazan,  taking place on 29/09/2028:

Clearly Bonsam Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Tatarstan Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dimi Gavrilov (5 - 17 - 4) who hails from Kazan, Russia and Dimi Chaplin(6 - 7 - 4) from Naberezhnye Chelny, Russia.  Gavrilov weighed in at 174 pounds and 15 ounces, while Chaplin weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lazar Pinegin, and the three ringside judges are Dmitri Kochkin, Ivan Zakharov and Goga Beschastnykh.  

Round 1: 

As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Chaplin dabs at his face checking for damage.

Gavrilov wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Chaplin dabs at his face checking for damage.  Chaplin has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight damage to the nose.  
Gavrilov throws a right hook, but the shot is blocked.  Gavrilov ties up his opponent.  Gavrilov is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Gavrilov and breaks the clinch.  
Gavrilov sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Chaplin lands a right hook.  
Gavrilov is looking to close the distance.  Chaplin pivots to the side of his opponent and connects with a right hook.  
Gavrilov lands a cross followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Gavrilov steps inside.  Chaplin pivots from in front of his opponent.  Chaplin throws a right hook, but Gavrilov holds on to his opponent.  Chaplin leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Chaplin pushes his forearm into Gavrilov's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.
