Rico Maestre vs Gabriel Herran

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Venezuela-Lara promoted show at Macario Bega Gym, Barquisimeto,  taking place on 02/09/2028:

Clearly AI Venezuela-Lara have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Venezuela-Lara Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rico Maestre (6 - 11 - 3) who hails from Barquisimeto, Venezuela and Gabriel Herran(7 - 23 - 1) from Barquisimeto, Venezuela.  Maestre weighed in at 139 pounds and 13 ounces, while Herran weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Cardiel, and the three ringside judges are Kiki Mate, Vicente Rosales and Diego Penaloza.  

Round 1: 

Maestre throws a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook to his opponents body.
