Rich Moffit vs Connor Laird

Boxing Daily Report from the The wright promotion promoted show at Kingston Woodhouse, Kingston,  taking place on 24/10/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Jamaica-Kingston Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rich Moffit (10 - 1) who hails from Kingston, Jamaica and Connor Laird(25(11) - 2) from Kingston, Jamaica.  Both Moffit and Laird weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bob Witherow, and the three ringside judges are John Woodburn, Geoff Torrence and John Woodburn.
