Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uganda-Kampala District promoted show at Kampala Kakanyero, Kampala,  taking place on 02/10/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uganda Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Gareth Kabwegyere (18 - 2 - 1) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Duante Ssegwanyi(11(2) - 5 - 1) from Lira, Uganda.  Both Kabwegyere and Ssegwanyi weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dominic Mbazzi, and the three ringside judges are Rehman Madani, Shayan Zafar and Umair Rahim.
