Kieran Parcel vs Mark Markey

Boxing Daily Report from the Rico Boxing Promotions promoted show at Gareth Berres Gym, Columbus,  taking place on 02/10/2028:

Clearly Rico Boxing Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Ohio Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kieran Parcel (7(1) - 2) who hails from Columbus, USA and Mark Markey(13 - 8 - 2) from Columbus, USA.  Both Parcel and Markey weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is James Osmundsen, and the three ringside judges are Spencer Tighe, Darryl Boyle and Michael Fentress.  

Round 1: 

Markey is looking to close the distance and throws a right hook, but Parcel holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Parcel pushes his forearm into Markey's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Markey throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Markey hits home with a right uppercut.  
Parcel quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left hook to his opponents liver.
