Franco Callejo vs Dillon Cecil

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Estadio Alejandro Villanueva, Lima,  taking place on 28/10/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Americas Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Franco Callejo (13(6) - 2) who hails from Arequipa, Peru and Dillon Cecil(24 - 1 - 1) from Toronto, Canada.  Both Callejo and Cecil weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joaquin Montealegre, and the three ringside judges are Tajo Vences, Xaver Armando and Juan Alonso.  

Round 1: 

Callejo drives a left hook into his opponents body.  Callejo throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.

Cecil manouvers Callejo onto the ropes.  Callejo is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Callejo lands a left hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents head, AND CECIL IS DOWN!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Callejo!
