Sam Nixon vs John Gow

Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at Infinity Insurance Park, Miami,  taking place on 20/10/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sam Nixon (1 - 1) who hails from Ontario, USA and John Gow(3 - 1 - 1) from Boise, USA.  Both Nixon and Gow weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Edmundo Celio, and the three ringside judges are Mark Pettry, Ian Hossack and Daniel Wright.  

Round 1: 

Gow throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.
