Santiago Penalver vs James Bellis

Boxing Daily Report from the FreeSmokeJr816 promoted show at Macumba Habana, Havana,  taking place on 04/11/2028:

Clearly FreeSmokeJr816 have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Santiago Penalver (23(2) - 0) who hails from Havana, Cuba and James Bellis(15 - 0 - 1) from Kingston, Jamaica.  Penalver weighed in at 147 pounds, while Bellis weighed in at 146 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Montel Albarran, and the three ringside judges are Alejandro Maria, Santiago Carrasco and Reyes Amaro.
