Gervasio Carolus vs Lisandro Lares

Boxing Daily Report from the Lusungo Promotions promoted show at La Paz Reina, La Paz,  taking place on 15/10/2028:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Bolivia Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Tigo Bolivia, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Gervasio Carolus (11 - 10 - 3) who hails from Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia and Lisandro Lares(12 - 6 - 3) from La Paz, Bolivia.  Both Carolus and Lares weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Berto Rosales, and the three ringside judges are Carlos Quirino, Joaquin Sebastian and Francisco Tomey.  

Round 1: 

Lares drives a left hook into Carolus's liver.  
Lares hits home with a right hook.  
Lares cuts off the ring, trapping Carolus in the red corner.  Carolus drives a right hook into Lares's body.

Carolus steps to the outside and lands a jab to the head followed by a cross to the body.
