Jay Boner vs David Cowens

Boxing Daily Report from the 52 Blocks Promotions promoted show at Nassau Hutchison, Nassau,  taking place on 12/10/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Bahamas-New Providence Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jay Boner (2 - 1) who hails from Nassau, Bahamas and David Cowens(3 - 5) from Nassau, Bahamas.  Boner weighed in at 213 pounds and 14 ounces, while Cowens weighed in at 248 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Paul Colville, and the three ringside judges are Mark Neilson, Dave Reekie and Greg Smith.  

Round 1: 

Boner is looking to close the distance and lands a left uppercut to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the body.
