Alvino Vela vs Reynaldo Holguin

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Cuba-Santa Clara promoted show at Santa Clara Messa, Santa Clara,  taking place on 16/10/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cuba Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Alvino Vela (16(4) - 3) who hails from Havana, Cuba and Reynaldo Holguin(11 - 7 - 5) from Santa Clara, Cuba.  Vela weighed in at 168 pounds, while Holguin weighed in at 167 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Neper Botero, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Posadas, Santiago Posadas and Diego Merida.  

Round 1: 

Vela closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.
