Luc Belcourt vs Louis Gaudin

Boxing Daily Report from the Ossyan Promotions promoted show at Sezni Ndi Gym, Douala,  taking place on 16/10/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cameroon-Littoral Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Luc Belcourt (13 - 10 - 2) who hails from Douala, Cameroon and Louis Gaudin(11 - 6 - 1) from Douala, Cameroon.  Belcourt weighed in at 239 pounds And 3 ounces, while Gaudin weighed in at 251 pounds And 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Louie Ebwelle, and the three ringside judges are Francis Bossuet, Francis Bossuet and Benedict Ekwe.  

Round 1: 

Gaudin advances into close range and lands a right hook.  
Gaudin pivots to the right of his opponent.  Belcourt is on target with a left hook.  
Gaudin closes the distance.  Belcourt is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribs.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Gaudin dabs at his face checking for damage.
