Boxing Daily Report from the JH Promotions promoted show at Soemmeringhalle, Berlin,  taking place on 12/11/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Bamey Blankenbeckler (17(8) - 0) who hails from Essen, Germany and Ernst Jenni(7 - 6 - 2) from Chemnitz, Germany.  Both Blankenbeckler and Jenni weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Neffe Justus, and the three ringside judges are Merle Johnke, Theobold Helling and Frank Meise.  

Round 1: 

Blankenbeckler is on target with a firm cross.

Jenni pivots to the side of his opponent.  Jenni throws a right hook, but Blankenbeckler clinches his opponent.  Blankenbeckler leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Jenni pivots to the side of his opponent.  Jenni throws a right hook, but Blankenbeckler holds on to his opponent.  Blankenbeckler leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Jenni's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Jenni's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.

The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Blankenbeckler dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Blankenbeckler steps away from his opponent and lands two straights followed by an overhand right to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Jenni quickly recovers.
