Leonard Apel vs Baron Strohl

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Germany-Saxony-Anhalt promoted show at Frimunt Dawes Gym, Halle,  taking place on 21/09/2028:

Clearly AI Germany-Saxony-Anhalt have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Germany-Saxony-Anhalt Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leonard Apel (6 - 11(2) - 2) who hails from Magdeburg, Germany and Baron Strohl(7 - 7 - 1) from Halle, Germany.  Both Apel and Strohl weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Corrado Heidbreder, and the three ringside judges are Erhard Gielow, Merral Straub and Tibalt Heidkamp.  

Round 1: 

Strohl lands a double left hook to his opponents head.

Apel steps inside and manouvers his opponent into the corner.  Apel pivots from in front of his opponent.  Apel throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Apel is looking to keep his distance.  Strohl connects with an overhand right.  
Apel sidesteps to the left of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Apel tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a cross.  
Strohl closes the distance and lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head.  
As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Strohl.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
