Hiroki Ogino vs Hiro Taketa

Boxing Daily Report from the Nishimiya Promotions promoted show at Nishimiya Gym, Ichinomiya,  taking place on 09/10/2028:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Hiroki Ogino (1 - 1) who hails from Hachioji, Japan and Hiro Taketa(1 - 21 - 3) from Kobe, Japan.  Ogino weighed in at 118 pounds, while Taketa weighed in at 117 pounds And 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Raiden Sando, and the three ringside judges are Mitsuru Yoshikawa, Hiro Hirabayashi and Hiro Hirabayashi.  

Round 1: 

Ogino tries to step out of his opponents range and is on target with an overhand right.  
Taketa steps inside.  Ogino pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a right hook.  
Ogino steps away from his opponent and is on target with a cross.

At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Ogino's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Taketa's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Taketa's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.

Round 2: 

Taketa advances into close range.  Ogino wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Taketa dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Ogino throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Taketa advances into close range and is on target with a right hook.  
As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Taketa has taken some damage there.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Ogino hits home with a cross.  
Taketa closes the distance and manouvers Ogino onto the ropes.  Taketa connects with a right uppercut.  
Taketa attempts to land a left hook, but Ogino blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Ogino's trainer is telling his fighter he is winning comfortably and should get on his bike for the remainder of the fight.  Ogino's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
