Ali Saab vs Zuffur Farooqui

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Iran-Razavi Khorasan promoted show at Mashhad Hamid, Mashhad,  taking place on 22/10/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Iran-Razavi Khorasan Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ali Saab (12 - 4(2) - 3 - 1(NC)) who hails from Mashhad, Iran and Zuffur Farooqui(7 - 6(1) - 1) from Mashhad, Iran.  Both Saab and Farooqui weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Li Mun, and the three ringside judges are Umair Shams, Syed Galla and Kashif Greiss.  

Round 1: 

Farooqui advances into close range and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.

As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Saab dabs at his face checking for damage.  Saab has taken some damage there.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
