Remo Ascierto vs Rico Malgieri

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Italy-Lazio promoted show at Angelo Santella Gym, Rome,  taking place on 23/10/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Italy-Lazio Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Italia, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Remo Ascierto (13 - 1) who hails from Rome, Italy and Rico Malgieri(13 - 2 - 3) from Rome, Italy.  Both Ascierto and Malgieri weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Valerio Giovanelli, and the three ringside judges are Adolfo Crocetta, Mariano Buccico and Gabriele Gattuso.  

Round 1: 

Ascierto drives a right uppercut into his opponents ribs.
