Gethin Nai vs Tariq Sharif

Boxing Daily Report from the Nkhwazi Promotions promoted show at Shah Alam Qazi, Shah Alam,  taking place on 27/10/2028:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Malaysia-Selangor Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV3, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gethin Nai (17 - 2) who hails from Petaling Jaya, Malaysia and Tariq Sharif(11 - 9 - 1) from Shah Alam, Malaysia.  Nai weighed in at 122 pounds, while Sharif weighed in at 121 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Danyaal Waheed, and the three ringside judges are Haider Nasr, Asif Hashim and Adnan Satter.
