Kai Llywelyn vs Tobias Smith

Boxing Daily Report from the Gore Promotions promoted show at Gore Gym, Boston,  taking place on 21/10/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Kai Llywelyn (2 - 0) who hails from Boston, USA and Tobias Smith(1 - 0) from Fresno, USA.  Both Llywelyn and Smith weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bilal Elbaz, and the three ringside judges are Ian Sproule, Ian Noble and Hugh Hier.  

Round 1: 

Llywelyn sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a jab, cross and a jab to his opponents head.  
Llywelyn steps away from his opponent and lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  He then lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Smith sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Llywelyn hits home with a solid cross.  
Llywelyn lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  He then lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Llywelyn lands a stinging jab.  
Llywelyn stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Smith tries to land a jab, but Llywelyn blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Llywelyn sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Smith tries to land a right hook, but Llywelyn parries the shot and counters with a firm right uppercut.  
Llywelyn hits the target with a stinging jab.

Smith switches the action to the outside.  Smith quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Llywelyn to the neutral corner.  He warns Smith that continued fouling will result in a point deduction.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Smith's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Smith's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.
