Rob Lawson vs Brendan Cruickshank

Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Auckland promoted show at Papatoetoe Cosmopolitan Club, Auckland,  taking place on 28/10/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the New Zealand-Auckland Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rob Lawson (15 - 5 - 2) who hails from Waitakere, New Zealand and Brendan Cruickshank(14 - 4) from North Shore, New Zealand.  Lawson weighed in at 159 pounds, while Cruickshank weighed in at 159 pounds And 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Chris Kellie, and the three ringside judges are Opi Ngaikiha, Kieran Beynon and Henry Ngahoro.
