Theo Miu vs Asif Lodhi

Boxing Daily Report from the Rooq Promotions promoted show at Shah Alam Convention Centre, Shah Alam,  taking place on 30/11/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Malaysia-Selangor Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Theo Miu (9(6) - 0) who hails from Petaling Jaya, Malaysia and Asif Lodhi(2 - 12 - 3) from Shah Alam, Malaysia.  Both Miu and Lodhi weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Adnan Satter, and the three ringside judges are Ibrahim Khalaf, Rashid Saad and Malik Azimi.  

Round 1: 

Miu steps to the outside and strikes his opponents body with a stinging jab.  
Miu lands with a ramrod jab.  
Miu feints a cross, and then hits the target with a ramrod jab.  
Miu feints a left, and then lands with a hard jab.  
Lodhi gets on the inside and manouvers Miu onto the ropes.  Lodhi throws a right hook, but Miu clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Miu pushes his forearm into Lodhi's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Miu lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Miu feints a cross, but Lodhi does not fall for it and is on target with a left hook.  
Miu tries to step out of his opponents range and lands with a stiff jab.  
Lodhi closes the distance.  Miu drives a sharp right uppercut into his opponents ribs.  
Miu hits the target with a spiteful jab.  
Lodhi steps inside.  Miu digs in a right hook to Lodhi's ribcage.  Miu ties up his opponent.  Miu pushes his forearm into Lodhi's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Lodhi manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Miu lands a jab to the head followed by a cross to the body.  
Lodhi closes the distance.  Miu lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Lodhi almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Miu lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He then lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents head.  Miu clinches his opponent.  Miu uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Lodhi behind the head. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Miu is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Miu attempts to land a jab, but Lodhi slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Miu steps away from his opponent.  Lodhi throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a firm right hook.  
Miu tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Miu lands with a hard jab.  
Lodhi steps inside.  Miu connects with a left hook.  
Lodhi lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Lodhi is looking to close the distance.  Miu lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Lodhi recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Lodhi's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.

Round 2: 

Lodhi gets on the inside.  Miu pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Miu steps away from his opponent.  Miu senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Miu lands a right uppercut to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a cross to the head.  He then lands a left uppercut, left hook and a right uppercut to his opponents head, KNOCKING LODHI DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 8.  Lodhi now seems to have got his legs back.  
Lodhi steps inside.  Miu lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND DROPS LODHI!  He is still struggling to his feet as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Miu!
