Benedict Bocande vs Elliot Ciss

Boxing Daily Report from the Wigwam Promotions promoted show at Stade de Diaraf, Dakar,  taking place on 12/11/2028:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Benedict Bocande (7 - 0) who hails from Touba, Senegal and Elliot Ciss(10 - 10 - 1) from Dakar, Senegal.  Both Bocande and Ciss weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sid Soumah, and the three ringside judges are Laurent Courtellemont, Brigham Maunier and Gaston Angrand.
