John Ntinga vs Chiamaka Mutanya

Boxing Daily Report from the Ballsy Boys promoted show at Kitwe Urbano, Kitwe,  taking place on 03/11/2028:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Zambia-Copperbelt Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Ntinga (7 - 10 - 3) who hails from Kitwe, Zambia and Chiamaka Mutanya(13 - 5(1) - 2) from Kitwe, Zambia.  Both Ntinga and Mutanya weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Raimy Simulambo, and the three ringside judges are Mykelti Shona, Denzel Silwimba and Kwau Kozlowiecki.  

Round 1: 

Ntinga attempts to land a jab, but Mutanya slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Mutanya closes the distance.  Ntinga throws a right hook, but Mutanya ties up his opponent.  Mutanya leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Mutanya manages to force his way out of the clinch.  
Mutanya lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Ntinga connects with a cross.  
Mutanya gets on the inside.  Mutanya pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left hook.  
Mutanya digs in a left hook to Ntinga's body.  
Mutanya pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Mutanya walks Ntinga onto the ropes.  Mutanya is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Ntinga throws a left hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Mutanya ties up his opponent.  Mutanya is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Mutanya's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Mutanya gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Mutanya connects with a left uppercut.  Mutanya clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Mutanya pushes his forearm into Ntinga's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Mutanya lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Mutanya closes the distance and forces Ntinga to retreat into the corner.  Mutanya pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Mutanya lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Mutanya hits home with a stinging left hook.  
Mutanya pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a left uppercut to Ntinga's body.  
Ntinga steps away from his opponent and attempts to land a cross, but Mutanya sidesteps and counters with a stinging cross.

Mutanya steps inside.  Mutanya pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook, right uppercut and a left hook to his opponents body.  
Mutanya manouvers Ntinga onto the ropes.  Mutanya lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Mutanya sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Mutanya attempts to land a left hook, but Ntinga blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Mutanya pivots from in front of his opponent and drives a stinging left uppercut into his opponents ribs.  
Mutanya pivots to the right of his opponent.  Ntinga tries to land a right hook, but Mutanya blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Mutanya hits home with a stinging left hook.

Mutanya walks Ntinga into a neutral corner.  Mutanya pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the body and a right hook to the head.

The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Ntinga dabs at his face checking for damage.  Ntinga has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused minor damage to the nose.

Mutanya thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Ntinga away.  Mutanya slams a big right uppercut into his opponents body.  NTINGA IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 7.

Mutanya throws a right hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Mutanya holds on to his opponent.  Mutanya leans on his opponent using all his weight. Mutanya tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Ntinga behind the head. Mutanya pushes his forearm into Ntinga's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Mutanya to stop fouling.  
Ntinga pivots to the right of his opponent.  Mutanya is on target with a stinging cross.  
Mutanya gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Mutanya lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Mutanya lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body, AND DOWN GOES NTINGA!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  
Mutanya advances into close range and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Ntinga recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Ntinga steps away from his opponent.  Ntinga stands off with low guard waiting for his opponent to launch an attack.  Mutanya lands a weighty cross.  NTINGA WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Mutanya advances into close range.  Mutanya is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Mutanya lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head, AND DOWN GOES NTINGA!  He isnt going to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Mutanya!
