Aron Couch vs Lee Murdock

Boxing Daily Report from the tG promoted show at London MacBride, London,  taking place on 06/11/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Aron Couch (7(3) - 0 - 1(NC)) who hails from Bristol, UK and Lee Murdock(15 - 5(1) - 1) from Belfast, UK.  Both Couch and Murdock weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fraser Carroll, and the three ringside judges are Edwyn Whitfield, Aaron McNabb and Paul McCowen.  

Round 1:

Couch manouvers Murdock onto the ropes.  Couch lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  Couch holds on to his opponent.  Couch pushes his forearm into Murdock's face.  The ref breaks Couch's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Murdock pivots to the right of his opponent.  Couch hits home with a stinging cross.  
Couch advances into close range and throws a left hook, but his opponent avoids the shot.  Couch holds on to his opponent.  Couch uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Murdock behind the head. The referee warns Couch and breaks the clinch.

As they grapple, Couch pushes his forearm into Murdock's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Couch.  
Murdock tries to land a jab, but Couch sidesteps and counters with a solid left hook.  
Couch hits home with a firm right uppercut.  
Couch quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with a firm cross.

Couch is looking to close the distance and walks Murdock down, trapping him in a corner.  Couch digs in a solid left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Couch pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.

Murdock throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives Couch time to recover.

Couch manouvers Murdock into the corner.  Murdock throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.

At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Murdock's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Murdock's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
